Special Arrangement during Typhoon and Rainstorm Warnings
(Applicable for all programmes)
Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal |
| 1. |
If Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before classes / examinations, students are expected to come to classes / examinations provided that it is permissible under the prevailing traffic and weather conditions. No make-up class will be arranged afterwards. Under special conditions, the College will consider to conduct the make-up examination. |
| 2. |
If Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the classes / examinations, students are advised to stay indoor. Classes / examinations will continue and the College will remain open. |

Black Rainstorm and No. 8 (or above) Typhoon Warning Signal
|
| 1. |
For Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, classes already in progress will continue ; self-study rooms will remain open. |
| 2. |
For No. 8 (or above) Typhoon Warning Signal, ALL classes already in progress will be terminated ; self-study rooms will remain open. |
| 3. |
Examinations which are in session when Black Rainstorm / No. 8 (or above) Typhoon Warning Signal is hoisted will continue until the end of the session. |

According to the Weather Report announced by the Hong Kong Observatory at 6:30 a.m. on the date of the activity held, if No. 3 (or above) Typhoon Warning Signal, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still hoisted, the activity will be cancelled . |
