The College Council of five members approves policy directions and development planning. The Council is expected to receive ongoing progress reports of the College which include implementation of action plan in accordance to the College' Development Strategy and updated information on senior staffing movements.

Academic Advisory Committee
The Committee plays a key role on advising development strategies and other academic matters. The Academic Advisory Committee is to vet and recommend to the Council on all proposed changes to academic units and identify academic priorities in the changing environment. The Committee also acts as a major checkpoint in the quality control of programme, course and module proposal. The Committee is also responsible for developing teaching and learning strategies and oversees staff development activities of the College.
